                           Colin   May I have your name and reservation number?
                          Guest    It’s Ms. Yang and my reservation number is MH374ET.

                           Colin   Ok, Ms. Yang, I’ve cancelled your reservation for you.

                                   There’s no cancellation charge because you’ve cancelled

                                   within our 48-hour cancellation deadline.
                          Guest    That’s good. Thank you.
